Bob, I just want to say it was a pleasure dealing with Impresa Modular. From the start of design to implementation of the home and onsite construction, I was very impressed. The way your company allowed me to do many of my own finishes and design it in the manner which I choose, made this a designer home. It was like having it stick built. It proved to me that modular homes did not have to be cookie cutter designs with no flexibility. I now have a beautiful home that I am extremely proud of and not just something that was brought on the back of the semi. Bob, you were able to roll with all my changes and did it in a fair and equitable manner. You're an incredible project manager and when some of my subs didn't show up or canceled on me, you were a wealth of resources. I could not have done this without you and Impresa.

My experience working with Impress Modular was excellent from start to finish. This being my first new construction home, everything about the process was new and "foreign" to me and because of this having a team like David Lippa and Sharon Mcgee to work with during the build was invaluable. Everything was effectively communicated and conveyed in a way that I could make sense of and fully understand. They were also quick to answer and work with me on any issues or questions that came up along the way. Overall they helped execute the vision we had for our home and I would definitely recommend them!

It turned out so great! It was exactly how we imagined and no one who visits (even contractors) can believe it is a modular home. It is solid and well made. The tile work in the bathroom is amazing. There were a couple minor cosmetic issues and these were quickly resolved by reaching out to Impresa Modular. We were ultimately able to purchase much more house than we would have doing a stick built home. We have now been in it for almost two years and have had no problems. Still enjoying it so much.

Impresa did a great job holding our hands through the long and tedious process of choosing the base plans for our home, lengthy customizations, building, and delivering and setting the house on our property. I acted as general contractor for the build and was necessarily intimately involved in every aspect of the project. Were it not for Impresa's attentive project managers, I would have been lost. They are a very conscientious and professional organization.

I have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Bob Barr and Impresa. Impresa, led by Bob Barr, recently completed the construction of a 1600 sq ft house for us near Berkeley Springs, WV. The timing was challenging due to the pandemic and associated supply chain issues, but Bob did a great job keeping us informed of progress, managing his subcontractors, and ensuring that all work was completed to his high standards.
